KeepEaze ("we", "us", or "our") operates the KeepEaze mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App or any related services, features, or offerings, etc.

Account Information: When you register or use the App, we may collect your name, email address, password, and other identifiers, etc.
User Content: The App allows you to store information about your items, labels, photos, notes, and any other data you choose to upload, etc.
Photos & Files: If you upload photos or files, these are stored securely in cloud storage (e.g., Backblaze B2, etc.).
Usage Data: We may collect information on how the App is accessed and used (e.g., device type, usage patterns, IP address, device identifiers, etc.) for analytics, security, improvement, and other purposes.
Payment Information: If you make any purchase, payment is processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google, etc.). We do not store your payment card details.

Analytics and Cookies

We may use analytics services, cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the App, improve our services, personalize your experience, and for other purposes, etc. You may be able to control cookies and tracking through your device or browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes, etc.
Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you must contact us at Info@keepeaze.com. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

International Users

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to such transfer, etc.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and by sending an email to your registered email address, etc. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction
